Meditation Class
Meditation is the art of being still. In cultivating stillness, we connect to our innate self and experience the true essence of inner peace. The emptying of our worries, woes, hopes, fears, desires, expectations, disappointments and everything else within the mind, allows us to hear the small, still voice of God, and know our real truth when we are still. As we re-connect with our Source, meditation allows true healing to emerge from our core being.
A meditation class, guided by Dr. Robert Groves, is regularly held at the Naturopathic Healing Arts Center. See our Calendar
for times and rare exceptions. This class is open to all
levels - from first-timers to those who are highly experienced with their
meditation practice. First-timers receive a copy of Dr. Groves' meditation guide and his personal guidance of how to get started, become still and discover your true being. During each session, students have an opportunity to ask questions and receive individualized responses concerning their practice of meditation.
Each meditation class is freely given. Class member donations are welcomed and unexpected gifts.
A one-time, ten dollar donation to cover printing costs for Dr. Grove's
meditation guide is suggested.
