Seriously cut back or totally
eliminate alcohol.
Exercise regularly in an enjoyable
way.
Eliminate or reduce smoking.
Reduce meat proteins; use nuts and
beans instead.
Eat by your blood type.
Love freely.
Take your own blood pressure at the
same time daily, first resting for five minutes and for
five days in a row to get a grasp of your true readings.
This eliminates "white coat hypertension". Often
it is the wildly fluctuating blood pressure that is
dangerous. This can be discovered by taking your
blood pressure after a stressful event and gauging the
differences. An ambulatory blood pressure monitor
will facilitate this best.
Snack on nuts that are appropriate
for your blood type. (This is the best weight loss
secret, especially if you snack at night.)
Ensure adequate intake of natural
forms of Vitamin C, E, Magnesium, L-Arginine, Co-Q-10,
pure fish oils.
Cook with organic macadamia nut oil
and garlic.
